Key Features: 5 BR, 2 full baths, 2 half baths, and two complete kitchens. The house is divided into two separate units (both have views of the harbor and islands) that can rented separately or together (see discounts under the "rates and dates" link if you rent both units). Front unit (sleeps 6): 3 BR, 1.5 BA; Rear unit (sleeps 4): 2 BR and 1.5 BA. Both units have a washer & dryer and the rear unit has a dishwasher. Both units have full kitchen, living/dining room, sitting area overlooking Stonington Harbor, great location. Both units have all newer appliances and mattresses as well as kitchens that are really well equipped! The front unit of the beautiful house was completely renovated in 2008. We completely renovated the rear unit during 2004-5. It was a complete renovation with new everything (new kitchen, new bathrooms, new sheetrock throughout, new sound-proofing between front and rear units, new wood floors, new carpet in bedrooms, new doors and windows, and even granite counter tops in the kitchen and upstairs bathroom (of the rear unit)!)
